Learn How to Defend Yourself with Real Life Training for Women: A Course Based on Real Life Scenarios

This course is specifically designed for Women to learn Real Life Training for Real Life Situations, You will learn techniques, and be put into situations that will build your confidence and self awareness to motivate you to feel more at ease about being able to defend yourself. The techniques that you will learn derive from Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Jiu Jitsu so that you will feel comfortable in all areas whether it be standing, close quarters, or on the ground.
